SECTION 5 — CURRICULUM USE AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, the church and its authorized representative agree to the following terms of the Family Freedom Ecosystem Free Curriculum Partnership:

• The curriculum is provided at no cost and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes of any kind.
• The Family Freedom Ecosystem name, brand, and curriculum content may not be altered, rebranded, or presented as original church content.
• The church agrees to display FFE branding and attribution on all curriculum materials and in all promotional communications about the marriage class.
• The church will provide a completion report within 30 days of the final class session, including attendance numbers and general feedback.
• The church grants Family Freedom Ecosystem permission to list the church as a curriculum partner on the FFE website and in program materials.
• The curriculum partnership may be revoked at any time by Family Freedom Ecosystem if these terms are not honored.
• FFE may contact the primary contact and pastor periodically to assess program progress and offer additional resources.
