Commissions are paid automatically at 30 days post-purchase. This 30-day window allows for the processing of any refund requests before commissions are finalized. Payments are made by direct deposit to your bank account. Affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC for tax purposes in compliance with IRS requirements.
A one-time commission is earned once when a family purchases a specific product – a challenge ticket, a book, or a retreat registration. A recurring commission is earned every month for as long as the family you referred remains an active Academy member. The Academy recurring commission is the most powerful earning structure in the program because it compounds over time with zero additional effort.
Affiliates must receive written approval from Family Freedom Ecosystem before using paid advertising to promote their affiliate links. This protects the FFE brand and ensures all paid promotion is consistent with our standards. Yes – and this is not just a program requirement. It is a federal requirement under FTC guidelines. Any time you promote an FFE product and include your affiliate link, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission if someone purchases through your link. A simple statement such as ‘I earn a commission on purchases made through my link’ is sufficient. Most of our affiliates find that transparent disclosure actually increases trust with their audience.
If a purchase is refunded within the 30-day post-purchase window, the commission associated with that purchase will be reversed from your account. This is why commissions are held for 30 days before payment – it ensures you are only paid on completed, non-refunded sales.
No. There is no earnings cap, no referral limit, and no ceiling on your tier advancement. The Legacy Builder tier is the highest tier in the program and it has no upper limit on the commissions it pays. The more families you connect with FFE resources, the more you earn – indefinitely.
