By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following terms of the Family Freedom Ecosystem Affiliate Program:

• All promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with the Family Freedom Ecosystem brand standards. Misleading claims about FFE products or results are grounds for immediate termination from the program.
• Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content in compliance with FTC guidelines. A clear disclosure such as 'I earn a commission if you purchase through my link' is required.
• Affiliates may not use paid advertising to promote FFE affiliate links without prior written approval from Family Freedom Ecosystem.
• Affiliates may not register themselves or family members through their own affiliate links to earn commission on their own purchases.
• Commissions are earned on completed purchases only. Refunded purchases will result in commission reversal.
• Family Freedom Ecosystem reserves the right to modify commission rates, tier thresholds, and program terms with 30 days notice to active affiliates.
• The affiliate program may be terminated by either party at any time. Earned commissions on completed sales will be paid through the date of termination.
• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of Family Freedom Ecosystem. Affiliates are responsible for all taxes on commissions earned.
• The applicant certifies that all tax and banking information provided is accurate and complete and understands that providing false information is subject to federal penalties.
